Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy

You have 14 days to return or exchange unused items in their original condition, with the receipt and original packaging, for a refund in the original form of payment.

For online orders, the 14-day return period begins from the date the package is marked as delivered. If you choose to return the item by shipping, return shipping costs are your responsibility.

Once we receive your return, Bunny + Munnie Kids' Boutique will inspect the item to ensure it is in resalable condition before processing a refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original packaging with product tags still attached.

  • If the item is not in original condition or packaging, or is no longer resalable, restocking fees may be applied.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed within 5 business days.

  • Items that have been opened or assembled are not eligible for return.


Exchanges

Exchanges are treated as a new order. We will issue a credit for the returned items and charge you for the new order. Please note this process may not always be sequential.


Final Sale Items

For safety, health, and hygiene reasons, some items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

These include, but are not limited to:

  • Breast pumps & accessories

  • Personal care products & bathing accessories

  • Skin care products, toothbrushes & toothpaste (once opened)

  • Teethers, nipples & pacifiers (once opened)

  • Safety gates (once opened)

  • Potties

  • Bed sheets & pillows (once opened)

  • Jellycat Baby Collection (Comforter, Soother, Blankie, Rattle, Musical Pull)

  • Furniture

  • Special order & pre-order items

  • Gift cards

  • Clearance items

Clearance items are FINAL SALE — they cannot be returned or exchanged for store credit.

Wooderful Life music boxes are final sale. We will open the box for your inspection before purchase to ensure everything is in working order.

Blind boxes are also final sale due to the nature of the product.

  • No returns or refunds are accepted due to personal preferences.

  • If you would like to exchange with our display model, you may do so in-store by purchasing and opening the blind box in-store.


Shipping Fees

All original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
Refused shipments or shipments not picked up at shipping depots are considered returns and are subject to return shipping charges.


Special Orders & Pre-Orders

All special order, pre-order, and furniture items are final sale and cannot be cancelled once placed.

  • Special orders are items not in stock with an estimated order lead time.

  • Once paid for and ordered, these items are non-refundable and non-returnable.

  • Delivery times are estimated, not guaranteed. Bunny + Munnie is not responsible for supplier delays or backorders.

  • You will be contacted when your order arrives or it will be shipped to you.


Cancellation Policy

Due to our commitment to quick order processing, cancellation requests must be submitted on the same day the order is placed.
