Adjustment and Customization

Our pillows come with a zipper, allowing you to customize them to your comfort, body shape, and usual sleeping position.

They are filled almost to the brim, but if you prefer an even more voluminous pillow, you can add more buckwheat hulls inside.

If the pillow is intended for a young sleeper or if you prefer a thinner pillow, feel free to remove the amount of hulls needed to achieve your desired result.

Store the hulls in a container away from moisture, and you can reuse them as needed.

Care and Maintenance

Pillows: Completely empty the pillow of its buckwheat hulls before putting it in the washing machine. Dry on low heat or hang to dry. To easily put the hulls back into the cover, use a funnel or a paper cone.

Buckwheat hulls: Once or twice a year, refresh the buckwheat hulls by spreading them on a baking sheet in the sun. They will heat up and disinfect under the sun's rays.

Buckwheat hulls have a lifespan of at least 10 years. They can be composted.
